PI/PO migration to SAP Integration Suite, fast and controlled

We migrate SAP PI/PO interfaces to SAP Integration Suite using a governance framework, reusable templates and a monitoring and support model. Senior ABusiness experts arrive with their own accelerators and the Spanovix platform, so the program starts fast and stays under control. The aim is lower cost of operation, minimal business interruption and a platform your team can run confidently after cutover.

How we approach it

  • Inventory

Catalogue interfaces, usage and dependencies, and decide which to migrate, redesign or retire.

  • Plan

Set migration waves, templates, governance rules and the target monitoring and support model.

  • Migrate

Rebuild and test interfaces in waves with business validation and controlled cutover.

  • Stabilise

Run hypercare, hand over operations and retire the legacy platform on an agreed date.

Questions

How long does a PI/PO migration take?

It depends on interface count, complexity and testing capacity. Inventory and disposition decide scope early, and waves let value arrive progressively. We share a reference case with a small team in our discussions so you can compare against your own landscape.

Do we have to migrate every interface?

No. Many landscapes carry unused, duplicated or low-value interfaces. We classify each as migrate, redesign or retire, which reduces effort, shrinks the test scope and lowers the run cost of the target platform.

How is business risk controlled during cutover?

Each wave has test evidence, business sign-off, a rehearsed cutover and an agreed rollback path. Monitoring is active from the first migrated interface, so issues are seen and handled before they reach business users.

Who runs the platform after migration?

Your team, a managed model or a mix. We define the support model, runbooks and monitoring up front and train your people, so ownership is clear on the day the legacy platform is switched off.
