This policy explains what personal data ABusiness LLC collects on abusinesstech.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to answer enquiries and run our business, and we never sell personal data.

Who we are

ABusiness LLC, 1910 Pacific Ave, Suite 2000, Dallas, TX 75201, United States, is the controller of personal data collected on this site. Contact: info@abusinesstech.com.

What we collect

When you request a conversation we collect your name, work email, company, job title and your message. We record the time you agreed to this policy and basic technical data such as the page you came from. With your consent we also collect anonymous usage analytics.

Why we use it

To verify your work email, answer your enquiry, arrange meetings and keep a record of our conversation. Our legal bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Email

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we email you a code to confirm your address, then send the newsletter and a welcome email with our latest guides and papers. We measure email opens and clicks to improve what we send. You can unsubscribe or change your preferences at any time from the link in every email.

Website assistant

Our website assistant is automated and answers questions using only what is published on this site. We keep each conversation so our team can follow up, and link it to your contact details only if you share them, for example when you ask the team to reply. Please don't share sensitive information in the chat. You can ask us to delete a conversation at any time.

Sharing

We use carefully selected processors for hosting, email delivery and analytics, bound by written agreements. We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union with appropriate safeguards. When you book a meeting, the name, email and answers you enter are processed by Calendly LLC, our scheduling provider, under its privacy notice (https://calendly.com/privacy); the Calendly scheduler loads only after you allow it.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted or anonymized. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing or withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@abusinesstech.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
