An Integration Center of Excellence with clear ownership

We establish the Integration Center of Excellence and governance model that gives SAP integration clear ownership, standards and approval paths. Senior ABusiness experts arrive with their own accelerators and the Spanovix platform, so the program starts fast and stays under control. Teams build faster on shared patterns across projects, and leaders gain audit evidence and one view of integration health without adding bureaucracy.

Questions

What is an Integration Center of Excellence?

A small, accountable team and operating model that sets integration standards, reviews designs, maintains reusable assets and supports project teams. It turns integration from a project-by-project activity into a managed capability.

Will a CoE slow delivery teams down?

Not when designed well. Approvals are proportionate to risk, standards come as templates, and reviews are built into the delivery flow. Teams usually move faster because they reuse patterns rather than invent them.

How does governance support audit and compliance?

Approvals, changes and ownership are recorded as part of normal work, so evidence exists when auditors ask. This replaces manual evidence gathering and gives risk teams confidence in how integration changes reach production.

Can the CoE be run by a partner or inside our organization?

Either, or a hybrid. We design the model around your size, regions and skills, and can start with ABusiness experts in key roles while your team builds capability and takes ownership over time.
