How an insurer standardized 47+ integrations and built a CoE

A US supplemental insurance provider with 13,000+ employees engaged an executive advisor team to replace a fragmented integration landscape with a single strategy. The team defined patterns, evaluated three platforms, and established an Integration Center of Excellence. The program now runs 47+ integrations and delivers new ones about 3x faster.
